Odoo SA — contact form CRM
When you submit a contact form on our website, your enquiry details (name, email address, and message) are stored in Odoo, a CRM platform operated by Odoo SA, a company based in Belgium. As Belgium is an EU member state, this transfer is covered by the UK-EU adequacy decision, meaning your data receives the same standard of protection as it would under UK law.
Google Analytics and data transfers
Google Analytics may transfer data to Google's servers in the United States. Google participates in the UK-US Data Bridge, which provides an appropriate safeguard for this transfer. We have also enabled IP anonymisation, so your full IP address is never sent to Google.
