Our story

We built blulotus because we kept seeing the same thing.

A business invests in transformation, brings in a partner, and ends up with something that works in theory but not in practice: money gets wasted, people are worn out by the change, six months later teams have reverted to old ways of working, and leadership has lost confidence.

We built blulotus to close that gap.

How we got here

A problem worth solving

Blulotus started with two people, Gemma and Ghania, who spent years running large-scale transformations at the Big Four, then moved into industry and learned what it's like to be accountable for change, not just design it.

That's why we work differently: we use pre-built playbooks, so every client gets the benefit of everything we've already learned, and because we measure our success by yours, we stay hands-on until the change lands.

Our story

We chose the name blulotus for a reason.

The lotus represents transformation, growing through difficult conditions and coming out stronger, and that's the journey we help businesses through.

Blue embodies trust and calm, which is how we want clients to feel working with us, even when things are messy.

Together, blulotus reflects our approach: transformation clients can trust and we stay close until the change lands.

blu
(adj.) Clear, calm and trusted – how we want clients to feel, even when the work is complex.
lotus
(n.) Rooted in muddy waters, the lotus rises above and blooms – transformation through difficult conditions.
Our values

Our values define who we are and how we work.

Build Trust

We lead by example. We listen first, say what we think, not what's easiest to hear, and do what we said we'd do. If something's off track, you'll hear it from us first.

Solve Problems

We love complexity and thrive when the problem is difficult. We take time to understand what's really going on before suggesting solutions, the most valuable thing we do is help identify the right problem to solve.

Get Things Done

The best work happens when there's healthy debate in the room, people feel comfortable challenging the thinking, and everyone is invested in getting it right. We roll up our sleeves and stay with the work until it's done.

Fuel Change

We believe transformation should be genuinely energising. Good change should leave a business stronger, more confident, and ready for what comes next. That belief shows up in how we run every project.

Win Together

We work as one team with our clients and own the outcome together. Your success is our measure of success, and that shapes every decision we make along the way.
